Designed and created a series of partner-specific sales tools that assists channel sales reps in selling more graphically intensive mobile workstations. Based on both NVIDIA & Dell brand guidelines, this visual and informational tool combines important OEM + Reseller-specific information. By embedding unique product Hyperlinks to each reseller's website, this tool ensures sales reps can quickly and easily recommend the right Dell workstation that is actually in stock.
The final result was used by thousands of sales reps as a reference resource.
This excel spreadsheet was provided to me with links to products on CDW's site. The yellow highlighted portions are links to CDW's website with the correlating Dell/NVIDIA parts. The blue/grey highlights show Dell Customer Favorites. Thick grey lines divide model numbers within Quadro types. I used these as a reference for my design following Dell brand guidelines.

I used Dell brand guidelines throughout this page. The first page of the PDF further down was already created by NVIDIA. Within my table, I used light blue highlights to represent Dell Customer Favorites, thick medium blue lines divide Model numbers within NVIDIA QUADRO types, & underlined medium blue text shows where Hyperlinks can be accessed.
This sales tool was used by Dell across the country so I really couldn't be happier with it. It was enjoyable to use pre-established brand guides and see it all come together as a system. Organization within this project was my number one priority especially since I didn't understand what it was I was organizing. I made sure to ask lots of questions to the people I was collaborating with that work in Dell and NVIDIAs marketing departments. It was a pleasure designing this document and I would love to create one again.
